140th Anniversary of the Battle of Punished Woman's Fork

 Join the ancestors. Experience the history.

September 27th & 29th, 2018

     This historic weekend begins Thursday evening at 4:00 PM on the site of the Battle at Punished Woman's Fork with our Walk with the Spirits, A Time of Healing commemoration. We will be joined by the families of the Northern Cheyenne and U.S. Military as we celebrate the heritage and history behind the battle.

 

     The celebration continues Saturday beginning at 2:00 pm with an afternoon sharing the talents and stories from the descendants of the Northern Cheyenne and U.S. Military families.

 

     The Jerry Thomas Gallery & Collection will be unveiling one of a kind historic artifacts as well as a new original painting to commemorate the 140th Anniversary.
